How does Printful fulfillment work?
Every item is made to order — meaning your product is created only after you place an order. This reduces waste, ensures sustainability, and allows for customization without mass production.

Where are the products made and shipped from?
Printful fulfills and ships items from facilities located in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Europe, depending on your region. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest center to reduce delivery times.

How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by 5–10 business days for delivery within the U.S. and 10–20 days internationally, depending on carrier and customs.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
Since all products are made to order, we only accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@stagandstow.com within 30 days of delivery.

• Please include a photo of the issue and your order number so we can work with Printful to resolve it quickly.

• Because items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.

How sustainable is your merchandise?
Printful uses responsibly sourced materials and efficient production methods to reduce waste. Most apparel uses Oeko-Tex certified inks and eco-friendly printing technology. We choose partners that align with our commitment to craftsmanship and environmental responsibility.
