2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • a brief description of the problem

  • clear photos showing the item and the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • a replacement item, or

There will be no additional charge to you for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

3. Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Once notified, we will review the shipment status and, where appropriate, open a claim with the carrier or fulfillment partner. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund.

4. Returns for Size, Color, or Change of Mind

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • selecting the wrong color

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse
