🛠 What this policy covers
All merchandise (apparel, tumblers, lifestyle goods, etc.) fulfilled by Printful.
Affiliate purchases (Amazon, hotels, gear, etc.) follow the retailer’s own return policy.
📦 Defective / Damaged / Misprinted Items
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, report it within 30 days of delivery.
To make a claim: email us photos of the issue along with your order details.
Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
🚚 Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim.
🎨 Size, Color, or Change of Mind
Because our items are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
